If you’ve been following along on Twitter, you know I’m a huge fan of Avatar. An all-time show.
The episodes I recommend watching as a supplement to this week’s article are:

Book 2: Earth. Episode 17: The Earth King
In these two episodes, the gang travels to Ba Sing Se, the Earth Kingdom capital, to find Appa who was stolen a few eps back.
Toph describes the city as “just a bunch of walls and rules.” But little do they how many rules there actually are in this city.
Joo Dee is just the start.
I won’t spoil the episodes for you if you haven’t seen them, but I will say…after watching them, it’ll be hard to see our own world in the same way as you did before.
