If you read my last piece Who are you really? you read how I had “A Synchronous Moment” while reading The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle. Annemarie is a former member of “Ur Mom’s House” a content apartment of 4 creators who recently split up. I only recently discovered Annemarie’s channel and that Ur Mom’s House was a big thing in the world of YT.
This seems like an offshoot from her previous style of content, but I’m here for it.
I love this type of video: explaining a larger topic, including research, and relating it to your life with actual footage and stories.

Dr. Alok Kanojia (aka Dr. K aka HealthyGamerGG) is a Harvard-trained psychiatrist, a lifelong gamer, a recovered gaming addict, and the cofounder of Healthy Gamer.
He talks about how being sent to become a monk made after being super depressed propelled him to where he is today. I also found the part towards the end about the Ayurvedic Doshas really interesting.
I’m definitely vata with shades of kapha at times.

Jake Johnson produced, directed, and acted as the main character “Tommy” who plays a game on the dark web where he has to survive for 30 days but they can’t kill him if he’s with someone, only if he’s alone. I like this quote.

@americanbaron is one my favorite IG accounts. He mainly has short films, but also has a collection of short stories that just came out. I haven’t read this yet, but it’s on my list.
He also recently won the “Audience Favorite Award” for the “Yes We Cannes” contest where he and his team had to write film and edit a film in 48 hours. The film “Trojan Horse” will be screened at Cannes Film Festival and Filmapalooza in Lisbon, Portugal this year.
